MINUTES

Representative Koznick, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM on March 25th, 2026, in Room 123 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

HF3785 (Dippel) Definitions and registration requirements for motorized bicycles and motorcycles powered by electric motors modified, sellers required to have a dealer license, and certain vehicles prohibited from using public roads.
