MINUTES

Representative Koznick, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM on April 8th, 2026, in Room 123 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

Jon Solberg, Assistant Commissioner for Sustainability Planning and Program Management, Minnesota Department of Transportation, presented a legislative update on the Greenhouse Gas Impact Assessment Law and its impact on highway construction projects and costs.
