Representative Koznick, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:02 PM on April 15th, 2026, in Room 123 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

Vice-Chair Rehm moved the minutes of April 13th, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Charles Carlson, Executive Director of Metropolitan Transportation Services, presented a Regional Transit Governance and Finance Overview and provided an update on annual revenues and expenditures from the 0.75% metro sales tax increase passed in 2023.
HF4693 (Joy) Fees for replacement license plates and validation stickers eliminated.
Chair Koznick moved HF4693 before the committee.
