WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Zack Stephenson, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order at 10:15 AM on Monday April 7th, 2025, in Room 120 of the Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Scott moved the minutes of April 1st, 2025. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3006 (Moller) Funding provided for deficiencies in the budget of the Department of Corrections, and money appropriated.

Representative Moller moved that HF 3006 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Moller presented HF 3006.

Representative Moller renewed the motion that HF 3006 be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1290 (Perryman) Roadside signage for automatic external defibrillators for qualifying locations authorized.

Chair Stephenson moved that HF 1290 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Perryman presented HF 1290.

Chair Stephenson renewed the motion that HF 1290 be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:47 AM.
