Representative Zack Stephenson, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order at 12:30PM on Friday May 9th, 2025, in Room 120 of the Capitol.

Representative Robbins moved the minutes of May 8th, 2025. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
2025 Budget Resolution coded BUDRES02-1
Chair Stephenson moved BUDRES02-1 before the committee.
Chair Stephenson moved the BUDRES02-1-A01 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
SF 3446 (Frederick) Settlement of certain claims against the state provided, and money appropriated.
Chair Stephenson moved that SF 3446 be recommended for placement on the General Register.
Representative Frederick presented SF 3446.
Chair Stephenson renewed the motion that SF 3446 be recommended for placement on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
