WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Cedrick Frazier, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order at 10:15AM on Monday, April 27, 2026, in Room 120 of the Capitol.

Chair Frazier moved BUDRES06 before the committee.

HF3732 (Pinto) Department of Employment and Economic Development funding provided, economic development and workforce development policy modified, labor and industry policy changes made, prior appropriations canceled and modified, fees modified, reports required, and money appropriated.

Chair Frazier moved HF3732 be placed on the general register.

Representative Pinto moved to adopt the H3732A7 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Frazier moved HF4223 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.
