WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Cedrick Frazier, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order at 12:15PM on Thursday, April 30, 2026, in Room 120 of the Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Torkelson moved the minutes of April 29, 2026. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Frazier moved BUDRES06 before the committee.

Chair Frazier moved BUDRES06-A01 be adopted.

House Fiscal Analysis presented BUDRES06-A01.

Chair Frazier renewed the motion to adopt BUDRES06-A01. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF4546 (Noor) Department of Human Services and Department of Children, Youth, and Families forecasted program adjustments made.

Chair Frazier moved HF4546 be placed on the general register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF4548 (Kotyza-Witthuhn) Department of Human Services and Department of Children, Youth, and Families forecasted program adjustments made.

Chair Frazier moved HF4548 be placed on the general register.

Chair Frazier moved the HF4548 DE1 amendment.

House Fiscal Analysis presented HF4548 DE1.

Chair Frazier renewed the motion to refer HF4548 to the general register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1695 (Koznick) Civil Air Patrol funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Koznick moved HF1695 be placed on the general register.

Chair Frazier moved adoption of the HF1695 DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Frazier moved to refer HF1695 as amended to the general register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:31 PM.
