Chair Frazier brought BUDRES06 before the committee.
Chair Frazier moved BUDRES06-1-A02 for adoption. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
HF5074 (Frederick) Settlement of certain claims provided, and money appropriated.
Chair Frazier moved to refer HF5074 to the general register.
Chair Frazier moved the adoption of the HF5074A26 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Frazier renewed the motion to refer HF5074 as amended to the general register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3093 (Greenman) Minimum eligibility criteria enhanced for state grants, and sworn certification of compliance required.
Chair Frazier moved to refer HF3093 to the general register.
Chair Frazier moved the adoption of the HF3093A4 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
