Representative Scott moved the minutes of May 7, 2026. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF4808 (Torkelson) Information technology modernization account established, general fund surplus dollars allocated to account, report required, and money transferred.
Chair Torkelson moved HF4808 be placed on the general register.
Chair Torkelson moved the adoption of the HF4808DE3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Frazier renewed the motion to place HF4808 as amended on the general register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The committee recessed at 10:23 A.M.
