Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy

MINUTES

Representative Robbins, Chair of the Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15AM on February 10th, 2025, in Room 120 of the Minnesota State Capitol. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

The Office of the Legislative Auditor presented on its 2023 (and 2024 updated) report "Oversight of State-Funded Grants to Nonprofit Organizations." The presenters were:
Judy Randall, Legislative Auditor, Office of the Legislative Auditor.
Jodi Munson Rodriguez, Deputy Legislative Auditor, Office of the Legislative Auditor.



The meeting was adjourned at 9:53AM.
