FRAUD PREVENTION AND STATE AGENCY OVERSIGHT POLICY COMMITTEE
MINUTES
Representative Robbins, Chair of the Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, in Room G23 of the State Capitol. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

The committee heard an overview of the Office of Inspector General and an overview of Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) and Integrated Community Supports (ICS) from the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Vice-Chair Anderson moved that the minutes of July 8th, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
