FRAUD PREVENTION AND STATE AGENCY OVERSIGHT POLICY COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Robbins, Chair of the Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, October 14, 2025, in Room G23 of the State Capitol. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

The committee heard an overview from the Minnesota Secretary of State’s Office regarding State Election Registration processes and a recap of a prior Federal Bureau of Investigation operation related to suspicious voter registrations.

Vice-Chair Anderson moved that the minutes of September 17, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
