MINUTES

Representative Robbins, Chair of the Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, in room 123 of the State Capitol. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

The committee heard a presentation from the Department of Employment and Economic Development regarding the implementation of Paid Family Medical Leave in Minnesota and the policies and procedures to be implemented to prevent and detect fraud.

Vice-Chair Anderson moved that the minutes of October 14, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
