FRAUD PREVENTION AND STATE AGENCY OVERSIGHT POLICY COMMITTEE
MINUTES
Representative Robbins, Chair of the Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, in room G23 of the State Capitol. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice-Chair Anderson moved that the minutes of November 19, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The committee heard a presentation from the Minnesota Department of Health regarding Customized Living Services in Assisted Living Facilities, and an overview of Adult Day Services from the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
