FRAUD PREVENTION AND STATE AGENCY OVERSIGHT POLICY COMMITTEE
MINUTES
Representative Robbins, Chair of the Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:01 AM on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, in room G23 of the State Capitol. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice-Chair Anderson moved that the minutes of December 17, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The committee heard a presentation from Minnesota Management and Budget regarding the oversight of the State’s treasure and the agency’s fiscal duties.

The committee heard a presentation from the Department of Administration regarding their Grants Management duties and practices.
