FRAUD PREVENTION AND STATE AGENCY OVERSIGHT POLICY COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Robbins, Chair of the Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:16 AM on Monday, March 2, 2026, in room 120 of the State Capitol. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Vice-Chair Anderson moved that the minutes of February 23, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The committee heard a presentation from the Department of Human Services on the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation program.

Vice-Chair Anderson assumed the gavel at 9:52 AM.

Chair Robbins testified to the Committee on research related to the Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention program.


The meeting was adjourned at 10:01 AM.
