FRAUD PREVENTION AND STATE AGENCY OVERSIGHT POLICY COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Robbins, Chair of the Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:16 AM on Monday, March 9, 2026, in room 120 of the State Capitol. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Vice-Chair Anderson moved that the minutes of March 2, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The committee heard a presentation from the Director of Program Integrity, Tim O’Malley, regarding his report Roadmap to Program Integrity and Fraud Prevention, and current DHS employee, Faye Bernstein

Presenters:

The committee heard a discussion on Periodic Data Matching Reporting requirements.

Presenter:
- Kurt Daudt – Former Speaker of the House; Vice President, Stateside Associates



The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 AM.
