FRAUD PREVENTION AND STATE AGENCY OVERSIGHT POLICY COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Robbins, Chair of the Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, in room G3 of the State Capitol. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Schultz moved that the minutes of March 23, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The committee heard presentations from the Office of the Legislative Auditor and the Department of Human Services regarding the January 2026 Behavioral Health Administration Grant Performance Audit. Public testimony and member discussion followed.

Vice-Chair Anderson assumed the gavel at 6:26 PM.

The committee heard a presentation from the Office of the Legislative Auditor regarding alleged kickbacks in the Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention Program, followed by member discussion.
