FRAUD PREVENTION AND STATE AGENCY OVERSIGHT POLICY COMMITTEE


MINUTES

Representative Robbins, Chair of the Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:00 am on Tuesday, May 13, 2026, in room G3 of the State Capitol. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Schultz moved that the minutes of May 5, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The committee had a discussion regarding the adoption of the Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy Committee’s Majority Report.

Chair Robbins moved the adoption of the Majority Report and requested a roll call. The results were as follows:

The meeting was adjourned at 10:58 am.
