Hausman introduced:

H. F. 16, A bill for an act proposing an amendment to the Minnesota Constitution to provide for a unicameral legislature with staggered terms; changing article IV; article V, sections 3 and 5; article VIII, section 1; article IX, sections 1 and 2; and article XI, section 5; providing by law for a unicameral legislature of 134 members; amending Minnesota Statutes 2000, sections 2.021; and 2.031, subdivision 1.
