No. 3867, A bill for an act relating to natural resources; prohibiting use of motorboats on certain waters in the boundary waters canoe area wilderness; providing a civil penalty; amending Minnesota Statutes 1996, section 97A.225, subdivision 1; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 84.
