SUBCOMMITTEE ON WATERSHEDS, WETLANDS, AND BUFFER PROTECTION
MINUTES
Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 12:36 P.M. on April 29, 2008 in Room 500 South of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Anzelc moved that the minutes of April 15 be approved. The motion prevailed.
John Jaschke, Executive Director, Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR), testified on the Performance Review and Assistance Program (PRAP).
Don Buckhout, PRAP Program Administrator, presented a report on the program.
Ray Bohn, Minnesota Association of Watershed Districts (MAWD), testified on the program.
John Jaschke testified on the availability of Reinvest in Minnesota (RIM) dollars.
The meeting adjourned at 1:08 P.M.
