Representative Tim Kelly, Chair of the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, began the twenty-sixth meeting at 12:52 p.m. on April 22, 2015, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
