Representative Fue Lee, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on February 19, 2024, in the Basement Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Reyer moved that the minutes from February 14, 2024 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
