CAPITAL INVESTMENT COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Fue Lee, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on March 4, 2024, in the Basement Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Presentation from the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency on the Governor’s 2024 Bonding State Agency Recommendation.

Presenting:

HF 4271 (Howard) Housing and redevelopment authorities authorized to create public corporations for the purpose of purchasing, owning, and operating properties converted under the federal Rental Assistance Demonstration program.

Chair Lee moved that HF 4271 be referred to the Housing Finance and Policy Committee.

Chair Lee moved that HF 4271 be referred to the Housing Finance and Policy Committee.
