CAPITAL INVESTMENT COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Liz Reyer, Vice Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM on March 13, 2024, in the Basement Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Lee moved that the minutes from March 11, 2024 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3631 (Lee) Previous appropriations for capital projects amended.

Vice Chair Reyer moved that HF 3631 be referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Chair Lee moved the A24-0217 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Lee moved the H3631A5 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Vice Chair Reyer renewed the motion to refer to the Ways and Means Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 4763 (Lee) Date changed for a required report to senate Committee on Finance and house Committees on Ways and Means and Capital Investment.

Vice Chair Reyer moved that HF 4763 be referred to the Ways and Means Committee.
