CLIMATE AND ENERGY FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES

Representative Patty Acomb, Chair of the Committee on Climate and Energy Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 3:01 PM on March 13, 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Vice Chair Kraft moved that the minutes from March 12, 2024 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 4558 (Hollins) – Single-metered utility service in residential buildings provided for and regulated.

Representative Hollins moved that HF 4558 be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary.

Representative Hollins moved the A1 amendment to HF 4558. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hollins renewed her motion that HF 4558 be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
