CLIMATE AND ENERGY FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES

Representative Larry Kraft, Vice Chair of the Committee on Climate and Energy Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 3:02 PM on April 16, 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davis moved that the minutes from April 3, 2024 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Acomb moved HF 4177 before the committee.

Chair Acomb moved the DE2 amendment to HF 4177 before the committee.

Chair Acomb presented H4177DE2 on an informational basis.
