CHILDREN AND FAMILIES FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Dave Pinto, Chair of the Children and Families Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:35 A.M. on February 15th, 2023, in Room 200N of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Vice Chair Keeler moved that the minutes from March 29, 2023 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Vice Chair Keeler moved that the minutes from March 30, 2023 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Vice Chair Keeler moved that the minutes from November 13, 2023 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3646 (Pinto) Statutory infrastructure created for the new Department of Children, Youth, and Families; and statutes moved and copied.

Chair Pinto moved to re-refer HF 3646 to the Committee on Human Services Policy
Chair Pinto moved the A24 Amendment, THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Pinto presented HF3646 as amended.
Chair Pinto renewed his motion to re-refer HFH3646 as amended to the Committee on Human Services Policy, THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE BILL WAS RE-REFERRED.
