Representative Kelly Moller, Chair of the Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM on, February 29th, 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Written Testimony: The deadline to submit written testimony will be 12pm, Feb. 28th. All written testimony must be submitted in a PDF document without clickable links. All testimony should be sent to ellen.mcdaniel@house.mn.gov.

The Joint Committee hearing on Feb. 29th will be a ticketed event. The hearing will be broadcasted on the Minnesota House Live Webcast and Mobile Streaming. There will also be an overflow room.

This hearing will have remote testimony capability.
