Representative Sydney Jordan, Vice Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:00 P.M. on March 20, 2024, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Edelson moved to approve the minutes from March 19, 2024. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF4625 (Hansen, R.); Report on state agency nitrogen fertilizer purchases required and reduction goal established.

Chair Hansen moved that HF4625 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee omnibus bill.

Chair Hansen presented HF4625.

HF4420 (Hansen, R.); Provisions for aquatic farm licenses, taxidermy, taking and possessing game and fish, designating certain waters, and elk management modified.

Chair Hansen moved that HF4420 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee omnibus bill.

Chair Hansen moved to adopt the A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Pursell moved to adopt the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
