FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES

Representative Sydney Jordan, Vice Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:01 P.M. on April 16, 2024, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Pursell moved to approve the minutes from April 9, 2024. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3911 (Hansen); Grant terms modified for a previous appropriation for a grant to Minnesota Aquatic Invasive Species Research Center.

Chair Hansen presented HF3911 and the DE1 amendment.

House Nonpartisan Staff provided an informational overview and walkthrough of the DE1 amendment.
