Representative Bierman, Vice Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:32 A.M. on March 13, 2024 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF3626 (Vang) Social worker provisional licensure modified and recodified.

Vice Chair Bierman moved that HF3626 be laid over for possible inclusion in a committee omnibus bill.

Vice Chair Bierman moved the A24-0226 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Vang presented her bill as amended.

Vice Chair Bierman moved that HF3741 be laid over for possible inclusion in a committee omnibus bill.

Vice Chair Bierman moved the H3741A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Vice Chair Bierman moved that HF2466 be laid over for possible inclusion in a committee omnibus bill.

Vice Chair Bierman moved the H2466DE1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF1197 (Bahner) Licensed pharmacist authority expanded to initiate, order, and administer vaccines and medical and laboratory tests; and medical assistance coverage required.

Representative Bahner moved that HF1197 be laid over for possible inclusion in a committee omnibus bill.

Representative Bahner moved the H1197A5 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
