HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Mohamud Noor, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Finance, called the meeting to order at 1:03 PM on February 29th, 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Bahner moved that the minutes of February 29th, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Presentation from Department of Health on Background Studies.

Presenter:

HF3643 (Noor)- Covered emergency medical assistance services modified.

Vice Chair Bahner assumed the gavel at 1:33pm.

Vice Chair Bahner moved HF3643 before the Committee.

Testifier:
• Amanda Boser, Supervisor of Social Work Inpatient and Emergency Department at Hennepin Healthcare

Vice Chair Bahner moved that HF3643 be referred to the Committee on Health and Finance & Policy.
