HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Mohamud Noor, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Finance, called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM on March 5th, 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep.Fischer moved that the minutes of February 29th, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Presentation from Department of Human Services on Background Studies.

HF3835 (Frederick): Commissioner of human services directed to authorize indirect billing for individualized home support.

Chair Noor moved HF3835 before the committee.

Chair Noor moved HF3835 to be laid over. The bill was laid over.

Representative Frederick presented HF3835.

Chair Noor moved the A1 Amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Virnig presented HF3907 as amended.
