HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Mohamud Noor, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Finance, called the meeting to order at 1:04 PM on March 7th, 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Fischer moved that the minutes of March 5th, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3642 (Noor)- Short-term medical assistance enrollment assistance established, and medical assistance coverage for prerelease care transition services to incarcerated individuals established.

Chair Noor moved HF3642 before the committee.

Chair Noor presented HF3642 to the committee.

Chair Noor moved HF3642 to be laid over.
