HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Mohamud Noor, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Finance, called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM on March 26th, 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Bahner moved that the minutes of March 21st , 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF4548(Frederick)- Ombudsman for mental health and developmental disabilities provisions modified, and classification of recovery peers as independent contractors prohibited.

Chair Noor moved HF4548 before the committee.

Chair Noor moved that HF4548 be laid over. The bill is laid over.

Representative Frederick presented HF4548 before the committee.
