HUMAN SERVICES POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Policy called the meeting to order at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 in room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Noor moved to approve the minutes from March 15, 2023, October 16, 2023, and January 24, 2024. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair Frederick assumed the gavel.

HF 3495 (Fischer) Mental Health Policy Bill

Chair Fischer moved that HF 3495 be laid over.

Chair Fischer moved the A2 authors amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Fischer presented HF 3495 as amended.
