HUMAN SERVICES POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Policy called the meeting to order at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 in room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Engen moved to approve the minutes from February 26. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF3483 (Feist) Guardian immunity amended, guardianship take force created, and report required

Chair Fischer moved that HF 3483 be referred to the State and Local Government Finance and Policy Committee.

Rep. Feist explained the A2 author’s amendment.

Chair Fischer moved the A2 author’s amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
