JUDICIARY FINANCE AND CIVIL LAW COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Jamie Becker-Finn, Chair of the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law, called the meeting to order at 8:31 A.M. on, February 15, 2024, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Feist moved that the minutes of March 30, 2023, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Becker-Finn moved that HF 3488 be recommended to be re-referred to the Labor and Industry Finance and Policy Committee.

Chair Becker-Finn moved the H3488A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Stephenson presented HF 3488 as amended.

Chair Becker-Finn renewed the motion that HF 3488 as amended be recommended to be re-referred to the Labor and Industry Finance and Policy Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting adjourned at 9:35 A.M.
