Representative Cheryl Youakim, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:42 AM on February 15, 2024, in Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Pursell moved that the minutes from February 14th, 2024, with a spelling correction, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The Minnesota Department of Education continued their presentation on the implementation of policy passed during the last legislative session.
