Representative Cheryl Youakim, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:34AM on March 5, 2024, in Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Jordan moved that the minutes from February 29th, 2024, with a technical correction, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
