EDUCATION POLICY MINUTES

Representative Laurie Pryor, Chair of the Committee on Education Policy, called the meeting to order at 3:03 PM on March 5, 2024 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lee moved that the minutes from February 28, 2024, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3744 (Edelson); Read Act amended, report required, and money appropriated.

Representative Berg moved that HF3744 be re-referred to the committee on education finance.

Representative Berg moved the H3744DE4 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Edelson presented HF3744 as amended.
