LABOR AND INDUSTRY FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Michael V. Nelson, Chair of the Labor and Industry Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01 P.M. on March 5th, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. It was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

Representative Jordan moved that the minutes of February 29, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 4444 (Greenman) Misclassification of employees prohibited.

Representative Greenman moved that HF 4444 be re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy Committee.

Representative Greenman moved the H4444A5 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
