LEGACY FINANCE COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Leon Lillie, Chair of the Committee on Legacy Finance, called the meeting to order at 10:32 AM on March 6, 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Vice-Chair Hussein moved that the minutes from February 21, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Presentation on Parks and Trails Fund.

• Laura Preus, Minnesota Statewide Programs and Planning Manager, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources
• Renee Mattson, Executive Director, Greater Minnesota Regional Parks and Trails Commission

• Brian Rice, General Counsel, Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board
• Emmett Mullin, Regional Parks & Natural Resources Manager, Metropolitan Council

The meeting was adjourned at 11:50 AM.
