Rules and Legislative Administration Committee Minutes

Representative Jamie Long, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 10:11 am on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 in the SOB Basement.

A quorum was present.

Vice Chair Hollins moved the minutes from Thursday, February 15th.

Chair Long moved to amend the minutes orally to strike the word virtual. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The minutes were ADOPTED as amended.



Chair Long moved the adoption of the Calendar for the Day pursuant to rule 1.21 & 3.33, The Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration designates Thursday March 7, 2024 for the adoption of the Calendar for the Day and has established a pre-filing requirement for amendments offered to those bills. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting adjourned at 10:17 am.
