Rules and Legislative Administration Committee Minutes

Representative Jamie Long, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 10:10 am on Thursday, March 7, 2024 in the SOB Basement.

A quorum was present.

Vice Chair Hollins moved the minutes from Tuesday, March 5th. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved to add HF3520 to the Calendar for the day. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Long moved the adoption of the Calendar for the Day, as amended, pursuant to rule 1.21 & 3.33, The Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration designates Monday March 11, 2024, for the adoption of the Calendar for the Day and has established a pre-filing requirement for amendments offered to those bills. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Nash moved to rescind the R30-O Resolution.
Chair Long ruled the motion out of order.
The meeting adjourned at 10:17 am.
