Rules and Legislative Administration Committee Minutes

Representative Jamie Long, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 9:00 am on Monday, March 11, 2024 in the SOB Basement.

A quorum was present.

Vice Chair Hollins moved the minutes from Thursday, March 7th.

Chair Long moved to strike O’Neill and add Rarick. THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED AS AMENDED.

Chair Long moved the 2024 Personnel Reports. Kelly Knight, Director of Human Resources of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Services Department, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved the 2023-R23 Resolution on Remote Work Policy. Kelly Knight, Director of Human Resources of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Services Department, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 9. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting adjourned at 9:07 am.
