Rules and Legislative Administration Committee Minutes

Representative Jamie Long, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 8:31 am on April 3, 2024, in the State Office Building Basement Hearing Room.

Vice Chair Hollins moved the Minutes from March 26th, 2024. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 moved to refer HF3947 to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 moved to refer HF4959 to the Committee on State and Local Government Finance and Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 moved to refer HF4025 to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 moved to refer HF4744 to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 moved to refer HF4757 to the Committee on State and Local Government. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 moved to refer HF4251 to the Committee on Health Finance and Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:51 am.
