Rules and Legislative Administration Committee Minutes

Representative Jamie Long, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 10:10 am on April 16, 2024, in the State Office Building Basement Hearing Room.

A quorum was present.

Vice Chair Hollins moved the minutes from April 15, 2024. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved the adoption of the Calendar for the Day pursuant to rule 1.21 & 3.33, The Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration designates Thursday, April 18, 2024 for the adoption of the Calendar for the Day and has established a pre-filing requirement for amendments offered to those bills. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 moved to refer HF5275 to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Pelowski requested a roll call.

The clerk took the roll.

The meeting adjourned at 10:23 am.
